Deborah Grantham
I’m Deborah Grantham, an Enrolled Agent and the founder of All Trades Tax Service. I work with small landlords, tradespeople, and individuals who want clear answers, honest advice, and dependable tax help.
My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed—maybe they’re behind on taxes, confused about rental deductions, or tired of trying to DIY their return. I help them get organized, stay compliant, and avoid IRS trouble.
I started this virtual tax practice in 2021 after years of working in corporate accounting and customer support. I serve about 50 clients each year—including individuals, small businesses, and side-hustling landlords—giving each one the personal attention that larger firms often miss.
As an Enrolled Agent, I’m licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers in all 50 states. I also hold Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification and meet strict continuing education requirements each year.
Whether you need a return prepared, a clean slate with the IRS, or help making sense of your rental finances, I’m here to support you with sound advice and steady service.
Reach out if you need support with tax prep, IRS notices, or your rental income reporting.
What is an Enrolled Agent?
An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a tax professional authorized by the IRS to represent taxpayers in all matters before the agency—including audits, collections, and appeals.
EAs earn this designation by passing a rigorous IRS exam or through prior IRS experience, and must meet annual continuing education requirements to maintain their license. Unlike CPAs and attorneys, Enrolled Agents specialize exclusively in tax matters.
EAs are the only federally licensed tax professionals with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS, regardless of their location.
